Bungalow Bar

I have had this bar on my radar since I saw multiple posts about this place on Instagram in the past. I came in for brunch, and I think this place is super cute, and I got such a great view of the water while dining outdoors. Owen was my server, and he was very friendly. The service getting my food and drink was a tad slow, which was understandable as I saw the restaurant was having a private event inside. They have a decent sized menu with reasonable prices, and the Meatlover Omelet I ordered tasted really good. They also make a great bloody mary as well. I was surprised that I didn't have an issue finding street parking in this area as they don't have a parking lot. Overall, I was happy with my first experience, and I will definitely stop in again the next time I drive to the Rockaways.
Brandywine Park

I walked around this beautiful little park a couple of times this past weekend while visiting the area. This park is well maintained, and the scenery here is absolutely stunning. There is also a cute little zoo that is great for little kids. The one thing I found a little odd was that the park had no restrooms around the perimeter. The only restrooms are in the zoo. This park is very quiet, and in the opinion of this New Yorker, I found it safe. I really enjoyed my walks, and this park is definitely worth checking out, whether you're a resident or visitor, like myself.
This is a nice little museum highlighting up and coming artists from all areas. For admission, they only ask for a small donation, with the minimum asking being $12. Since the place is small, you can spend at least an hour here looking at all of the fascinating exhibits. The museum itself is very clean and well organized. They have a large parking area, coat check area, restroom and a small gift shop near the entrance. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves art.
Delaware Art Museum

I love art museums and this one is absolutely beautiful, and well maintained. They have so many great exhibits on the two floors and some interesting sculptures outside. The cost of admission online was only $18, which is rather inexpensive for viewing the great artwork that is on display. The staff is friendly and makes all feel very welcomed. They have plenty of parking in the back, several restrooms, a kids' corner for activities, a little cafe, and a cute gift shop. I definitely recommend checking this place out as it is truly a great way to spend a couple of hours of your day.
Brandywine Zoo

Even though this zoo is very small and you can be in and out within the hour, it can still be very entertaining for young children who are starting to discover wildlife. The staff is friendly, engaging, and very helpful to those with questions, and the animals look like they are well taken care of. The zoo has plenty of parking, restrooms, a snack bar, and a cute little gift shop. I have read some of the negative reviews about this zoo, and I will say that as an adult with no children, I found this cute little zoo quite charming. But I do recommend anyone with kids ages 10 and below to check this place out.
