Horrible experience and even worse customer service. Came in to buy two shawarma wraps. First of all, they don’t have the toppings In front like a genuine shawarma place which is weird to begin with. Second, the worker didn’t even ask me the toppings I wanted. After paying I mention it to him that I only had any two toppings. His response was the “we already made it”. I replied by saying why didn’t you ask me and why would you assume I wanted everything.
He was expecting me to feel bad and accept the already made shawarma. I didn’t. I told him that I don’t want it as I’m allergic to onions. He seemed really unhappy about making a new one and didn’t even apologize for his mistake.
Never visiting here again. Don’t come here if you want a good shawarma. Waste of money.
