This is a very good museum.
There are four floors of artefacts here.
I started from the top to make my way down as I looked through all the exhibitions on each floor.

The 4th floor shows life in Ancient Greece. The photos and artwork that accompanied the many Ancient Greek objects are excellent.

On the 3rd floor, there was ancient Cypriot art.
A wide range of artifacts from Cyprus is displayed here. From jewellery, pots, to statues.

The 2nd floor has Ancient Greek art such as vases and sculptures.

The 1st floor shows Cycladic art which are structures and artefacts that were found on various Greek islands.

On the ground floor there is a book shop and a cafe.

Overall, a very good museum. I highly recommend it to those who like history and art.
Definitely worth the visit.

A nice place to sit and rest after a big climb to the top of Mount Lycabettus. The view is breathtaking.

Here I had the Baklava and a latte.
The Baklava was very sweet.
The latte had a very strong coffee taste. Quite bitter. At least it was different.

I didn't like the loud music indoors. It was not Greek music either, it was mainstream pop songs in English. In Greece I want to listen to Greek music!

So I sat outside instead. No music. No distractions.

Sitting outside is nice and comfortable. You can enjoy your meal with a view. Accompanied by a nice cooling breeze. I recommend.
One of the best museums I ever visited.
This museum has a vast collection of vases, statues, and many other artefacts.
I recommend anyone who comes to Athens to visit this place.
They have a shop and a cafe down below.
I recommend.
An ancient altar where the Akkadians once came.
This is all that is left of the Altar of Aphrodite.
If you love Gods and Goddesses I recommend you check this place out.
Aphrodite (Astarte) devotees would love to come here and pray.

It's close to a railway line so be careful.
