I booked the restaurant through zomato about a week before 20th july. He cam all the way from surat to mumbai to just have a good dinner experience with marriott. When we reached there,they informed us that the saffron restaurant is closed due to a private party there. That day was my fathers birthday and i wanted to surprise them. There was no one to assist in the restaurant. My father’s birthday got ruined because of them. They said that the did not get any conformation from zomato but mind you it was not my first time dining at marriott. I have reserved and dined with other properties of marriott through zomato before also. They had the audacity to say that we do not have any reservation you cannot sit here it is a private party,we cannot serve you food. I am highly disappointed. Thank you marriott for such a wonderful experience on my dad’s birthday
