Amazing front staff. Super helpful deciding which plan and informative with the tour. When I signed I was looking over the trainers and the one at the front was very helpful (and cute) explaining and suggesting which trainer is best for the fitness goals I have. They weren't pushy on joining right away the 2/3 locations I've used have been nice.
