This playground is awesome! It is designed for children ages 2 to 5 years old, according to the sign. My little person spent 2 hours here. The "grassy hill" was a favorite. Run up, roll, run, or slide down the other side. There is also a small slide at the top or travel through the tunnel under it. Additionally, there are a variety of swings, several slides, a modern merry-go-round, log stumps to balance on, a stationary plane to steer, and the opportunity to play on one of the large xylophones. (The zipline was zipped up... out of order). The middle seating area attracts the adults. Just turn your head, and you can most likely have your kid in your sight. There are bathrooms within 30 yards and trash cans available for your snack trash. Plan to spend at least an hour here. Leave your cell phone in the car and get outside with your little love. Enjoy!
Wonderful park to walk, jog, watch a softball, baseball, soccer, or basketball game. Grass is kept trim, litter is minimal, plenty of trash cans available, park employees are friendly and visible, and bright lights are on into the evening hours of 9pm or so on most nights. Entrance to park is free. Activity center is still closed due to covid but park and fields are busy. Playground has variety of equipment and always seems crowded. Perfect spot to visit during day or night.
