We booked for 4 people. 3 massage ladies (room 3, and 2 downstairs) were very rude. They did massage for 50 min instead of 60 min. One massage lady who was in charge of closing the store kept insisting that we leave the spa right after spa since she had to close the store. We explained that we are waiting for our ride which is nearby. She was cursing us and threw her keys on the table in anger and forcing us out. We said gave us a few minutes, she was very rude and intimidating. She said go walk to the coffee store. It was -6 degrees outside on a winter night. Our ride arrived in 4 min, and she was cursing us. Horrible horrible service. I wish I would not have given a $20 tip. Avoid this spa.
