My review is based on the soft play only.
I came 18th June 2024 for my sons birthday. I had arranged for a few of his friends to join us. From the moment we arrived till we left the staff could not off done any thing better to help. They were great. Always checking too clear our table. Talking to the children .
When we ordered food and drink it was quick and and very efficient service. They kept checking we had enough of every thing and made sure all the children were content with there food.
The soft play is new so it fresh and lovely and clean. Toilets are spotless and there was no mess in entire area.
I was very happy and every one had a fab great time. Shout out to your friendly staff who made the visit a lot nicer. Twice we have visited and all the staff have been friendly.
Taking children out can be very stressful experience , But when your made to feel welcome the entire experience is a lot better.
