Usually excellent and I don't live there anymore, but Times Square, in the early hours of the morning, is a pig sty. I see it on the Web Cam. Papers all over the place, who cleans this? Someone isn't doing there job, and people are littering, right near all the tables they sit on. Come on people, a clean City is up to Me!
