I don't have hair so can't directly comment, but I bring my son here regularly and live vicariously through him. They're really good with kids, one of the few places that can get my son to sit still for 30 minutes and always treat him really well. He loves the place.

It's really easy to book appointments by phone or on the app. Otherwise, there's usually a fairly long queue to get a walk in appointment.
