Had a very bad experience because of the staff in trail room. I'm a all time customer of Max but never seen such an arrogant staff. She didn't know either kannada or English, even after standing in a que she denied didn't allow me to go for the trail and started complaining. I sincerely request you to train staffs to behave with manners and be polite.
Never planning to visit Max again
