Flowerpot Island

One of the most beautiful beach destinations I’ve ever been to! My family and I made a reservation with the cruise company “Blue Hero” which provides island tours. The whole boat trip to the island was incredible but the real reward happened when we landed on this beautiful island! The water is crystal clear, however very cold. Despite the water's coldness, your body will certainly get used to it after some minutes, so I highly recommend taking a deep dive into it! I also recommend walking on the beach a little further than most of the people (they tend to stay in a certain spot) so you’ll have a stunning private spot for yourself. Speaking of finding a private spot, if you have water shoes, this is the time to use them! There are lots of rocks on the beach which makes the walk a bit difficult depending on the shoes you have on. Last but not least, bring lots of snacks, water, a beach towel, and sunscreen, and enjoy your time in nature! We spent 4 hours on the island (10 am to 2 pm) in the end of July, but I’d certainly stay longer if I could. Score 10/10 to Flowerpot Island!
The park is incredibly beautiful and the hiking trail is an easy one, which makes it suitable for families with kids, and dogs. I must say the lookout point is breathtaking! We went there on a cloudy day and we can’t wait to go back when it’s sunny. We highly recommend it.
