Don’t waste your time and or money. I paid $1500 over 3 months for weight loss injections. Most appointments were in office; sometimes the injection was received to take home. They claimed that they gave me two injections to take home when in fact they did not. I’ve paid $1500; why would I lie and try to get something that’s $150. Doesn’t make sense. Briefly spoke about the discrepancy; no resolution. I still made what would have been my last appointment for what I already paid for and it’s canceled. Call received but no voicemail. And while I did lose a few pounds; it wasn’t significant. So again why would I not be honest about something that wasn’t a great benefit and minimal cost wise compared to what I’ve already spent. All because the office is unorganized and you hardly ever are scheduled by the same person due to staff turnover.

Your response is not factual. I was only given one self injection; which was explained via the 1st conversation. There is a camera in your office. Review the recording. I was only given one. That was the 1st injection on a higher dose; would you have given me two not knowing how I would handle it. Probably not. I missed scheduling an appointment on 12/22. I didn’t even want to sign up for the 3rd month but I did based on the recommendations. You weren’t even told by your staff that I would be coming in to pick it up I had to call. I have absolutely no reason to try to get something from your business that I didn’t pay for.
And now I’m blocked on social media; but if you are in the right stand on that. Deal with the consequences and what’s for you will come to you. You have other negative comments and still get business but at the end of this day, you know you are wrong.
