I’ve been doing CrossFit and training for 12 years straight. Live Free is the 3rd gym I have been a part of. I moved to the area around 4-5 years ago and signed up here. This gym is a family ran business and the members that are a part of this community are all locals to the Miami shores, Miami Beach, and Mimo areas. That being said, the members here make the whole experience amazing. A large number of professionals, cool, driven individuals, that motivate everyone to be better everyday.
Huge shout-out to John and the ownership team for this gym. Always working to make the gym better and improving all the little details.
The programming is adaptive to all fitness levels, the gym is always clean, there is plenty of free parking, and the class schedule is super flexible. Family friendly and welcomes all walks of life.
