The only thing consistent is their inconsistentcy.
At least once a month there's a failure to service at least one bin (trash/recyclables/yard waste-compostables) on the allotted collection day, where we have to leave the bin overnight.
Since they were awarded the contract for collection in our area, we have seen at least a 40% increase in our bill that can't be justified by the quality of their services.
Their drivers have also broken 2/3 of our bins, requiring replacement.
This week (post Xmas 2023), collection was delayed 1 day for the holiday. Our trash and yard waste/compostables were serviced on 2 different days...and as of 6pm (1/3/2024) our neighborhood still hasn't had the recyclables collected!
The County Trash Hotline is already aware of residents many issues with Ware's service, and has passed on the info to the Contract Administration Department for review.
The CA Better Business Bureau graded Ware Disposal an 'F'
