Okay, So the reason I'm giving this a one star is because I wanted a sweater customized. I paid for it on the spot and was told it would be ready by next week.
Next week came and no call nothing, so I called they said it's not ready by the following week forsure.
Next week came and nothing....after a while I didnt receive a phone call text nothing. So a month flew by and nothing.
I ended up going to the store telling the store manager what's going on with my sweater he mentioned their machine isnt working etc etc. And offered a free tshirt. My husband took the tshirt so whatever, he then mentioned he will forsure have it by the end of next week
Next week nothing...I ended up going to the store again for a refund I was so dissatisfied about the communication and the lack of effort.
The store manager insisted he was going to get it done himself but I was done waiting, but I also needed a sweater since I just moved and all my sweaters were in boxes in a storage so I grab a sweater from the shop and was done. NEVER AGAIN AM I SHOPPING HERE!! NEVER AGAIN.
