Went to buy a generator this morning, there was one left I asked staff if I could plug a 30 amp plug in it. I was barked at from the back of the store “no”. Staff did not check. I left and researched it myself and it would take a 30 amp plug as shown on their website. I returned to get the product and it was sold to another customer. I have spent a lot of money and time in this store renovating my house. I will drive to New Minus from now on customer service sucks. It would have taken 3 minutes of their time to check.
