Manager is completely incompetent his solution to most customer related problems is sending them out the door, terrible customer service, complete lack of product knowledge, missing orders half the yard doesn’t seem to know what a 2x4 is, they also come with a completely unorthodox and over complicated way of purchasing things where you get a form at one desk and pay at another making you wait in multiples long lineups, not ideal for any serious contractors, installed sales in a bureaucratic nightmare in which half the contractors don’t actually get paid but I digress, stay far away from this store if you value your time and money.
