I’ve been recovering from a knee injury, feeling frustrated I can’t be as active as I usually am. My physical therapist suggested I do low impact forms of exercise in the interim. Robert, the yoga instructor has been so welcoming & encouraging, giving me something to look forward to each week while I continue to heal. He pushes you while also making sure you listen to your body, preventing further injury. It’s been a little over a month since I started & already notice a huge difference in my mobility & strength. Highly recommended!
