My wife and I have been coming to this Nextra at the time of this post for roughly a year now. And as it happens never really had any issues with the staff for the majority of the time, however when we went in there to do our usual weekly purchase of magazines and the occasional scratchies my wife went looking around the store at the sales for a present for her grandmother. All went well while in the store but just a second after we left the shop the "lovely" staff lady who served us yelled out to myself and my wife to stop and then demanded to get my wife to let her search her bag for some apparently stolen items. Now my wife has absolutely terrible anxiety and wouldn't take a flower from a local garden let alone steal from a shop. This "lovely" Nextra staff lady accused her of stealing very loudly in front of the entire entrance to the under cover carpark we allowed her to search the bag adding that when it's over we would really appreciate an apology for the absolute humiliation and embarrassment we suffered from this false accusation. Never happened not a single shred of humility was shown by this lady who very rudely told us that we could go now. We have never been so stunned and embarrassed as we felt while she berated us for stealing something in which we clearly did not. Really disappointed that despite the constant routine of getting our stuff here was traded for humiliation and we couldn't even get an apology in the end. Will never go back again while she darkens that doorstep
