If you cannot wait for the table, I'd recommend checking the live tracker on Google maps.
We came in on Sunday, St Patrick's day, and as a large group (of 24) the place was PACKED...
We had to wait over 30 minutes, but it was worth it.
Prices are not low, but you do get your money's worth.
Portions are BIG, selection is great so even picky eaters can find something to eat.
Also, since it is a diner, you can have breakfast for lunch or dinner...
Service is quite fast and attentive but not overly, which I prefer.
Plenty of parking onsite and proximity to the highway makes it a good choice for a meal

Food is very good. Shoyu ramen had noodles properly cooked (with enough "bite"), ramen egg was also perfect.
Shoyu pork was charred properly.
The broth was just a bit spicy - not overwhelming.
Will definitely be back to try other varieties.
Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly but overbearing.

Fast food in the food court.
Ordered bibimpap, was made fast and arrived sizzling hot on a cast iron plate.
I might not be a Korean food expert, and do not claim to be, but the bibimpap was just ok, in my opinion.
Due to food court seating, it gets noisy at times.

The airport is actually huge. We had a connecting flight and walk to the new terminal took us about 15 minutes.
Plenty of duty free stores, many open 24/7, water filling stations are along the way and plenty of restaurants for every taste.

For a busy international airport on a weekend, my experience was pretty good.
Check in could not be done by the kiosk, but lines were not too long. Security went smoothly - again, long lines but moving quickly.
Overall everyone is pleasant.
I recommend bringing an empty water bottle with you - after you pass the security, simply fill it with water and avoid exorbitant prices at restaurants.
