If you have enough time left after exploring Sentosa then you can have this ride. This helix will take you to the 15th floor above to open air and they provide one drink where you can go on top and enjoy. The top view is the same as you can see from the cable car but yes it's open and has a sitting arrangement of 10 ppl. They will also click some images of yours if you want.
