They have very good perfumes and their entire staff is also good. Apart from one girl who is fat and short, I don't know her name but she is very rude. I would have given a five star rating. But I have to give one star. Because of the girl, because I had come to the shop for the first time. But I got a very bad experience because that one lady I don't think she is happy with her work, should not keep such people who don't know how to respect the customers.
It was a very small thing. She made a big issue out of it. I had bought three perfumes out of which I did not like one so I said, I will get it replaced and I told her this after the bill was paid and she told me WHY DONT YOU TELL BE BEFORE very rude voice.

And I don't think any customer will tolerate the misbehavior of the staff. We are not coming here to ask for free things. We are paying money to get things.
