Hello All Lovers of Goa and Lovers for Travel and Hungry for knowledge,
The Arvalem Caves are popularly known as ''Pandava Caves''. According to the history, the five Pandavas of the epic Mahabharata sought refuge in these caves during their exile. The Arvalem Caves are very much patterned in the Buddhist cave style. The architecture of the caves is simple yet appealing. The walls are plain with no paintings on them. The rock structure has been cut into laterite stone, with the sanctuary at the northern end and the vihara at the southern end. The mysterious look of the caves has been attracting the tourists over long years. The presence of the famous Rudreshwar temple and a waterfall in its vicinity, makes this place a must visit in Goa.
There are five compartments in the cave complex and the middle compartment enshrines the 'linga' held in great reverence by devotees. The shafts of the four crafted lingas are very similar to those that can be found in Elephanta, Ajanta and Ellora caves in Maharashtra. The Shivalinga in the second cave is engraved with an inscription written in Sanskrit and Brahmi characters of the 7th century. The Shivalinga and the inscription are assigned to the period of the Bhoja King Kapalivarman. The complex consists of two major caves and a residential chamber.
Nearby tourist spots are Arvalem Water Falls (1.3 kms) and St. John of The Cross, Sanquelim(2.2 kms).
It is opencaves so you can visit any time. Preferably day time to get full view of inside shivlinga at the caves.
Do visit the caves to get the aura of the PANDAVA KAAL caves...

Hello Goa lovers,
The foremost place comes to ones mind to visit Goa is its beaches. The attraction towards sea water shower on to the smooth airy sand.
If you want to visit the beach which is very calm in its own world and give inner peace then Anjuna Beach is the BEST choice for you.
This beach is situated in the extreme northen side of Goa so people who stay in the centre of Goa or Panaji then there is a little traveling time added to visit this quiet beach.
On the way you have all the natural scenic beauty that the GOA is famous for.
Don't forget to halt your vehicle to road side while you sight a fresh Sugarcane Juice vendor on wheels. Having the freshly crushed sugarcane is the treat for the toungue.
The beach is surrounded of cource with the finesh sands and sealevel water...but the most important is the water is very clear and beaches are absolutely clean.
There are lots of sitting options on the beach.
Lots of food and drinking options. Ofcource its Goa...ek Drink to banta hai.
Here it is recommended that you take all your water sports rides beacuse I found this beach very less crowded so you can have a qualitative time and enjoy your rides more.
Banana Ride, Bumpy ride, Parachute ride etc some of the options avilable.
Do visit Anjuna Beach in your Goa Jouney to have some different kind beach time feel.

Dona paula beach is the BEST option available for people dying to enjoy at the beaches.
There is a story behind Name Dona and Paula. The princess dona was in love with the lower classy Paula and their love could not get complete so both of them could not survive.
Hence in their memory the statues of Princess Dona And her love Paula.
The access to the statues is currrently not available for the general public.
At the beach there are lot of options available for the food and drinks. But my favorite was enjoying the snowy cold ice cream in the blowing waves of the sea levels.
There is a flea market for your funky garments choices to pick up. You may also pick up your Goa souvinier colorful clothing garments.
Do enjoy your BEST beach timings and show your feelings to your loved ones.
