People can say what they will about the outside looks, but zi happen to like the look of the stadium. As for the inside, so far after a dozen games, there has not been a bad seat in the house. The sight lines are good. I think where the ballpark shines is the food and drink options. Also, the amount of art in the ballpark is amazing. The retractable roof is a lifesaver in this Texas heat.
For concerts, we saw the Lady Gaga concert here and the sound was good with the stage in the outfield.

A nice beach with soft sand that is great for sitting and watching and listening to the waves. Also great for people watching or if you like to watch surfers do their thing. The beach has a great boardwalk with many shops and places to eat. There are still some homeless and shady characters here and there so it is good to be wary of your surroundings at all times. Overall thought, it seems mostly safe and a great place for couples to have a good time.

First time playing here since high school. Still a solid tennis center. Several lighted courts. We reserved a court from 7:30 p.m. to their closing time of 8:30 p.m. on a Wednesday.
The courts themselves are well maintained. The wind guards do show some wear and tear though.
The hard courts give a good bounce with extra duty felt balls.
The tennis center has plenty of parking either at the connecting park or behind some city buildings. You Do have to make a little walk from these parking lots to the tennis center.
We drove 30 minutes to play here and I would make the drive again to play here.
