Any 3 star reviews or above is her making up reviews. The building includeing Nancy needs to be looked out and investigate into. Sorry fat a few ppl that live here will be getting together to call the proper authorities on Isaac the owner and Nancy who knows what her title is.. she will STEAL YOUR deposit and rent. Please be aware this is a horrible place. Mainly Nancy does illegal this.
