Very unprofessional staff with no good infrastructure to back up. I have been to many bus stations across India but this is one of the most unhygienic Bus Stands in India.
Staff are not at all helpful and very rude. They don't give proper answers to any of ur queries and if u r speaking Hindi or English then don't expect any answers.
Most of the time Debit Card Machine doesn't work neither Online payment options. They need cash and don't have change too. There is one transgender staff member which I was expecting would behave properly atleast but anyways it's better not to say. Overall. MSRTC Pune Railway Station Bus Stand is one of the worst bus station in terms of service.
