The 120 years monument is the witness of Father's love for his deceased son. Ruttonsee Muljee Esquire a business man, constructed this fountain in memory of his only son Dharamsee, who died at young age of 15 years. In 1894 the fountain was handed over to the Mumbai municipality. The recent renovation has restored the beauty of the structure.

The ST bus depot provides bus services across various towns in the state. But ST depots are notorious for being uncleaned. This depot is nothing different. The unwelcoming seating area, unhygienic food section and poorly maintained depot building, all these represents a typical government infrastructure. The depot is blessed with huge open space near the Kalyan station. But people prefer travelling by private vehicles just for the purpose of comfort. The depot administration need to utilise the full potential of this important place.
