I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was awful, no one in person available at apartments to assist - all done over the phone.
I can’t comment on the apartment as I couldn’t even check-in due to their unhelpful customer service.
Was left stranded and had to find alternative accommodation - they still charged me even though they cancelled my booking by saying I didn’t show when I did.
