I never regret enrolling in Pilates Lab. The staff & trainers are all amazing & accommodating especially Vhong. My favorite instructor is Gabe. She’s a very efficient instructor. If you are looking for Pilates class I highly recommend Pilates Lab. I encouraged my friends to join and they so love it.
