This was a great experience for me. I had an awful experience with Mr. Appliance of NYC which is right down the street from where I live so I was hesitant to call another place in the neighborhood. My repair guy texted and called me in advance of arriving, which he did on time and he was pleasant and polite. And most importantly he fixed my fridge. I will use them again.
