My interactions with the supervisor were overall pleasant. The staff under was not... The lady who handles the applications would not give me any form of direct answer when asking about availability. She was very unprofessional, passive aggressive, and snarky every time I called. I applied to this place and another, I chose the other rental company because of the lack of professionalism here. The last phone call interaction I had was this morning and she made a snotty remark because I chose the other place and hung up right afterwards without saying a word. I understand there may be a lot of people who apply and may be stressful. However, acting in this matter drove me off and the staff should be held to a higher standard.
