I never cook and I’ve tried so many different premade meal plans in Canada & USA and I’m very impressed how great the food is ! I signed up for 4 meal plan and I lost 7 pounds already in one week ! So excited to see the results ! I was very surprised that I was able to eat im very everything from cookies to chips etc ! This might seem pricey but with inflation and all I think it’s a great deal !
I’m very satisfied with the quality of the food !!
