AWFUL EXPERIENCE THUS FAR

I have been waiting almost 4 days now for HELP. I have been misdirected 3 times, I have been on hold, only to be told they cannot help me, then to speak to someone, to have them transfer me to a Level 2 CSR as apparently that is what I need, only to be disconnected. This has happened multiple times. The last call that I have been waiting on, I have been on hold for 3.5 hours, only to be hung up on once the CSR answers the phone. So I call back explain what happened ask them to document in my account notes, for the CSR to tell me there is nothing they can do, I must sit on hold again and wait, even though I waited for 3.5 hours, and was hung up on.

I have been patient, I am getting angry and frustrated now. No one is helping me they just expect me to sit and wait even though this is what I have done for 4 days. 4 Days do you think that is fair waiting for help. I am sure it is something simple and fixable BUT it is beyond me, that is why I pay for the care aspect so I can have help. BUT yet help is still eluding me.....

So anyone have any ideas ?? I am now on my probably 15 call sitting on hold right now at 2 hour 15 mins..... still here on HOLD
