Old biscuits shop at Penang, the biscuits are tasty (kachang hijau biscuit - 4 pcs per box) and cheaper than others big name shop

Old building, downstairs space was small, second floors bigger space and tables. Foods tasted okay, most closely to local tastes, no so Thai taste. Services were good.
