food are cheap and affordable but I doubt the freshness of their prawns and Lala. prawns were mushy and sticked to their shells, the Lala most of it were shut tight together which makes it difficult to eat. Tom Yam soup not recommended but most of the sauces in the dishes were tasty and flavourful. Butter Lobster 750k rupiah per kg.
most of the pastry are made fresh daily, best is come in the morning before it sold out. a bit more pricey than other Tau Sar Piah places
ordered the spicy one. taste was okay, what I really liked was the prawns, big and fresh. RM12 for the portion is still reasonable unlike the Oyster Omelette next door, pathetic portion.
honestly this might be the best wanton mee I've eaten in my life. the sauce base has a bit of sweetness to it and also flavourful because of the pork lard, i immediately ordered a 2nd bowl after finishing it. I would come back if I ever travel to Penang again! RM8.50 large portion
Pork loin taste fantastic with their flavourful sauce, squid ink pasta still tasted okay but the prawns are disgusting, prawn isn't fresh at all and texture already turned mushy. coffee temperature too high, it spoils the milk. Will come back for their mains but the rest no.
