It's got a modern design and it's quite uncrowded, but that's because there isn't much diversity in stores and attractions (to mention some). It's expensive and seems to be focused mostly on guests of the Four Seasons hotel with mostly designer clothing and such.
The food court is nice and spacious. It's a good spot for lunch and a stroll in my opinion.
