This building is really lovely. All of the staff are very friendly. The premises is always well maintained and clean--even the garbage room doesn't smell. The elevators are fast and the amenities are included. What sold me most of all was when my realtor said that he lived here for 15 years and most of his team lived or currently lives here.

The Prince Team were an exceptional group to work with. Super responsive and guided me from first viewing all the way till move-in. I was looking at a condo rental and there was a ton of paperwork. The team sent detailed emails on what I needed to provide and what the financial breakdown would be. They handled a lot for me and I trusted them the whole way.
