I know working in retail can be very challenging. Trust me I know from my own experience after 14 years. Came to this shop and dropped off a board for repair filled out a form with all my information. I was told I would be contacted by Monday. No call or follow up. Sure I know things can get crazy at the store at times. So I decided to follow up. I called Thursday, Friday and Saturday I was told I was going to get a call back mind you it’s over a week already and no information about the repair of the board. Have a great communication with customer is key to success in any business.
Now their staff is very knowledgeable about their product, friendly and professional. But when you requested to speak to a manager his response (manager) after communicating my frustration. Dude I just need to know when is the board going to be ready? His response.. The tech will contact you. No excuse or acknowledgement regarding me calling 3 days back to back following up.
