Not sure why some people complain about the fishing. First off, this is a tiny pond, so you can't expect a lot of fish to be planted here. It simply can't support a ton of fish. If anything, Wilson Common is a fantastic little park to take the fam. Catching a trout or bass is just a bonus, especially in the summer.

This thing is barely within California. We're talking within walking distance of about 500-600 feet from the Arizona line. There's no sign whatsoever for it and I passed it right on by even when looking for it. Look for it on the left-hand (north bound) side of the road just before the river bridge. Definitely one of the more unique of California's 1,100 historical landmarks.
