Absolutely superb trail. We walked it counter clockwise.
Tough initial section was a steady grind up through newish and older growth forest with some superb views.
Trail opens to lakes and alpine meadows and stunning descent with dramatic cirque laced with waterfalls. We took 8 hours with a steady walk with 2 adults and teenagers of varying fitness, who were absolutely fine to undertake it. Take food, water and bug spray.
