This review is for the Appraisal courses. I'm here typing so you wouldn't have to experience what I am going through with something that suppose to be positive and pleasant . - DO NOT sign up with them until you make sure what happened to me won't happen to you. ( I wrote the details on yelp)
Total 6 courses, I paid in full fro $2000 on December 2013.
Attended the first course two weeks ago, it was the worst learning experience I had in my whole life ... after the school failed to changed the instructor as they promised, I decided to cancel the rest of courses but was told that I wouldn't get a refund because I paid in full and got a $100 discount from the total $2100. LOL
you might want to think it again before you sign up with them. If you do decide to sign up with them, ask for a refund policy and read it closely first.
