Bun bo was not so good, not so flavorful but okay.
Banh xeo on the other hand was very good, good dipping sauce as well.

Very nice and affordable Vietnamese bun nem but too small portion.

They have a new menu with more food and bubble tea, very nice, worth trying. We especially enjoyed the first one, duck with mango sauce.
Update: shrimps are very tasty, its the big and juicy.
