Terrible experience- purchased a few items for Christmas gifts and needed to return them. I was told that because the gifts were listed under my daughter in laws member account that I could not return them. I did not understand that I needed to open an member's account to purchase. After much back and forth and a lot of attitude from the sales associate - the items were returned and I did not open a member's account to do so. Needless to say, I will never return to Vera Bradley's in Memorial City Mall.
