Fantastic location, everything clean and in good order, Felix the maintenance man is wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms are small and kind of pricey, but this is perfectly reasonable given the location and the nature of Manhattan! Downsides are that there's no elevator (but Felix will help with bags), and the 'kitchenette' is extremely limited. I was there for 2 months while I was studying and it was absolutely perfect for my basic needs!
