I cannot wait to live here! I came down in May then again last Sunday looking to buy a condo. I love how beautiful and clean everything is here, and gorgeous landscaping keeps it from looking like a crammed up parking lot, which is why I turned down a townhome in another complex. Love the managers, very responsive and helpful when I stayed overnight in the 30A suites section. As a future owner I appreciate everything done to keep it just like I experienced when I was there. My HOA dues will be money very well spent.
