Visitor from the UK. Went there with daughter aged 7 and friend from India. The tickets were circ £20 each, which I thought was costly at first but told it includes snacks and lunch or dinner as part of the visit _ we had a really good day out my daughter loved it too. Made up bind with music _ they do have shops for drinks/ snacks and sell indian cloths and shoes etc..amazing how no one bothered us at all _ even when we went into shops to browse..zero hard selling so that was super refreshing..
We had free lassi _ makkah di roti and saag_ some kind of kichari _ free mendhi on hands in one side.. a few kids' games _ and a really good buffet dinner Inc non veg curry. So filling. We came by e rikhsha and returned by Uber.. There is ample parking outside.. bags are checked on entry.. we ended up staying 6 hours in total, and the time went really fast.. staff are so lovely.. so many older people work there.. at the very end _ in the main hall, they had a DJ and punjabi dancers.. at the end I thought the whole experience was a bargain..
