Terrible "doctor" (and I use that term loosely). Two minutes after speaking to me he wrote a diagnosis in which had been ruled out when I was a teenager. Was not interested in getting any records to corroborate my claims. The weekend Dr. (Mark Carbone) even said he put me on a dose of Lithium that was only appropriate for an ultra manic 180 lb male- I was just under 100 lbs. He rolled his eyes at me many times. I am confused, didn't know that was part of the Hippocratic Oath he took. He is not a surgeon or a oncologist because he doesn't have the talent. He wants to go unchallenged by "treating" addicts and those with mental health disorders. He also dresses like a giant Easter egg.

“I can promise patients that I will do my best to help them to live their lives the way they want to be able to live their lives.”
THIS is how he advertises his philosphy towards treating patients from vulnerable populations? Rolling his eyes at them and making snap decisions after meeting them for less than 5 minutes and calling their relatives that the patient did NOT sign a HIPPA release for? Please a homeless person probably has more compassion than him. He should have been a cop since he seems to love power and unquestioned control.
