Bought a bed frame and a mirror - both arrived completely damaged. Mirror was smashed and the bed frame was cracked.
Updating this as this is still not resolved after more than 1 month trying… I have now received 3 broken beds and 2 smashed mirrors. I have been left on multiple occasions waiting for the returns van but nobody turns up. Terrible cheaply made products with no quality and terrible customer service.
