I made an online appointment to get my oil changed on Saturday, July 10 at 11:30am and indicated that I would be waiting while the work was performed. When I showed up for the appointment, I was advised the wait would be in excess of two and a half hours. For an oil change with a pre-scheduled appointment? Really, Vetrans Ford?
